Customer protection is paramount to our business. We realise that a holiday is one of the most expensive purchases (and most desired) a person makes each year. Therefore it's important they know they are fully protected. As well as protecting all clients funds with a fully 'bonded' bank account we offer the following protection an assurances.
ATOL Protection
ALL package holidays sold through Not Just Travel are fully ATOL protected. This means that in the unlikely event of a tour operator failing you will not be left stranded overseas. It also means that if you've booked your holiday and not yet travelled, you will get a full refund. Make sure when ever you book a holiday you see the ATOL logo. Not Just Travel act as agents for a wide range of ATOL holders.
ABTA Membership
As members of ABTA our clients are assured of an excellent level of service. Our membership number is K9413 and can be fully verified via the ABTA website. Those travel businesses which are members must adopt strict and monitored businesses processes designed to give extra protection and peace of mind to the customer.
Supplier Failure Cover Insurance
What's the difference between a package holiday and a holiday where you buy flights and accomodation seperately? The later is NOT covered by ATOL. We want all of our customers to have the maximum possible protection, therefore if we book flights and accommodation for you, we will ALWAYS include 'Supplier Failure Cover' insurance. This means you are still fully protected incase anything goes wrong.
