Governing Law
This website (site) is operated by notjusttravel.co.uk and is intended for use only by users who access the site from the United Kingdom. The information and prices on the site only apply to users who make a booking from the United Kingdom. The website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales. See our booking terms and conditions for the purchase of travel products and holidays from us.
Franchise Income
It is important to note that we do not suggest generating revenue from our franchise business or travel affiliate programe is easy. The process and opportunity is simple and as with everything in life, you get out what you put in. We can demonstrate how income levels are achieved and show you what work is required to attain what ever your desired level of income is.
Supply of products and services
Notjusttravel.co.uk provides travel services from a wide range of tour operators, accommodation providers and carriers including, airlines, ships, railways and car rental companies. The provisions of such travel arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier as part of your “Conditions of Contract” with us as an agent for the supplier. We cannot list all suppliers’ terms and conditions here; you will be able to find them on their own web sites. If you are unable to do this, then please contact us.
Our website and the travel services accessible through this website are only available to those whom, and parties that may, lawfully entre into and form contracts under UK law, and subject to the booking conditions of the relevant tour operator. You must be 18 years of age at the time of booking a holiday, and have legal capacity (some tour operators insist that you must be 21 years of age, you must check the tour operators’ terms and conditions before booking). In addition, you must have legal capacity and authority to book as the lead name when booking for groups of 2 or more people. Any person under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on their journey and whilst at your stay. If you are not of 18 years old, or the legal guardian of a person under 18 years old, you are not permitted to order any products or services via our website.
It is important to note that variations of these terms differ with each tour operator. By booking through our website, you have read and agreed to be bound by the specific terms relating to the tour operators booking conditions. This is your responsibility to check before you book your holiday arrangements with us on our website acting as your agent.
This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not accept any liability in respect of your inability to access or use this site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use, or failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant that this site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.
Website Usage
When entering, accessing or using the website in any way, you agree with all terms and conditions. In addition, when you book any products or services with us acting as an agent for the supplier, you will do so subject to these terms and conditions on this page, and as set out in Booking Terms and Conditions and to such further terms and conditions as may be applied by the tour operator, accommodation owner and any carrier (together, the “Conditions of Contract”). These Conditions of Contract constitute an entire agreement and understanding between you and and the relevant tour operator in relation to the subject matter. All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Conditions of Contract in full, you must stop using our website immediately. These Conditions may vary from time to time. By browsing this website you accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions current at the time when you browse or book.
This web site may display brands, trademarks and registered trademarks which are registered in the United Kingdom and/or other countries. Unless otherwise stated, we own (or are licensed to use) the intellectual property rights in the content and information, including, without limitation, all text, sound, photographs, images, logos, videos, podcasts, blogs, graphics, design, underlying source code and software. Notjusttravel.co.uk may from time to time use ‘micro sites’ or separate domain names (promotion sites) for the use of special promotions related to notjusttravel.co.uk supply of products and services. These web sites are subject to these terms and conditions and are fully owned by notjusttravel.co.uk. In addition, these ‘promotional sites’ will be ‘live’ for limited periods of time and may not always be available. If you have used these sites, and wish to continue using our services once the promotion has ended, you will be re-directed to www.notjusttravel.co.uk.
Booking Terms and Conditions
With Not Just Travel (Agency) Ltd it is possible for you to book your whole holiday or parts of your holiday, both through our website (site) or contacting us direct via the telephone. Depending on which combination of products you choose to book with us, the terms and conditions may vary.
All bookings on the site are subject to the relevant supplier or tour operators booking conditions in addition to these site conditions. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.
The following details the different types of products available:
Package Holiday
This product offers you a combination of hotels and flights at an inclusive price. Package holidays enjoy the protection of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992
Accommodation
This product offers accommodation only and refers to the type of accommodation in which you have chosen for your holiday. This includes hotel, villa apartment. If you are booking 'accommodation only' from our web site then we are acting as an agent for the tour operator or owner of the accommodation. Your information will have been passed to the tour operator once you have received confirmation of this booking. It cannot be cancelled by you and no refund is available. To reach the destination of where your accommodation is located is your responsibility.
Flights
This product offers flights only from over 20 airports around the United Kingdom to an infinite amount of destinations worldwide.
You must comply with the conditions of carriage of air carriers. The provisions of the Warsaw Convention 1929 (as amended) concerning the carriage of passengers & their luggage by air, & the airlines’ conditions of carriage, may apply to you & your party during your flight, & during boarding & disembarkation. These provisions & conditions may limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury, or loss of or damage to luggage, & may make special provisions for valuables.
It Is Important To Note
Flight times are not guaranteed and form no part of your contract with us. Flight timings are subject to change without notice. In accordance with EU regulations it is a requirement that you are to be advised of the actual air carrier operating your flight/connecting flight/transfer. You will be notified of the actual air carrier upon receipt of your flight tickets. It is your responsibility to check that your flight times are correct, and you reach the departing airport within plenty of time in accordance with the tour operators and carriers terms and conditions.
You are also advised to check with the carriers terms and conditions for flight and security checks, to which you are advised to adhere to. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to travel. Not Just Travel (Agency) Ltd shall not accept liability for non compliance of the carriers terms and conditions.
Flight Tickets
On receipt of your air carriers tickets, you are advised to check that all information is correct; for example, your initials and the spelling of your name must be identical on your ticket and in your passport. If there are any anomalies you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
We can not list all tour operators and carriers terms and conditions, you will find them on their web site, if you can not, then please contact us.
Booking via the web site
Please be advised of some important information regarding the use of ordering any products and services via our web site.
Once you have chosen your package holiday, accommodation or flights, your order is only available for a 20 minutes once you have selected. After this time the order is then released back to the relevant tour operator, accommodation owner and carrier. This is due to the site being live and operating to an 'as is' system. Once released back to the tour operator it is possible that your first choice order may not be available.
When you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your booking request. Please note that this is not confirmation that your holiday is in place, and there is no guarantee that the price advertised will be available once booking has been confirmed- (please see our pricing terms) after this point you will contacted via email or telephone to confirm that your booking has been placed with the relevant tour operators, and you will receive full written confirmation and an ATOL receipt within 48 hours of your booking request.

Price
Prices advertised on the web site and found in the search results are in pounds sterling, per person.
The prices available for holidays, flights, and cruises that are on our website are live and provided by the varying tour operators live booking systems; notjusttravel.co.uk acts as an agent for providing the products and services on their behalf. These prices are subject to availability and are subject to change at any time.
When you make a search on our web site for a specific holiday, flight or accommodation our system will then check the live availability and price of the tour operators and carriers, therefore, please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed.
Selected tour operators and airlines may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs. We will inform you of any additional charges that may incur for your chosen travel arrangements or any other services advertised by us before confirming your booking.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the most up to date and correct prices are shown on our web site, there may on occasion be an incorrect price shown due to a system error. When we become aware of any such error, we will ensure that we act promptly and will attempt to notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and you will be given the choice to amend your booking to an alternative holiday, at the correct price.

Unless you have paid your holiday in full, the price of the holiday on display is subject to change.
Discounted holidays
From time to time notjusttravel.co.uk will promote special offers and/or discounts. These will either be displayed on our website or they may be received by post or email. These offers are subject to the terms and conditions of this site. Notjusttravel.co.uk reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend any promotions without cause or notification
Unless otherwise stated any one promotional offer can be used at one time per person and per household; they cannot be combined with other special offers. If you have received notice of promotional discounts via the post or email this is to be used by the original recipient and may not be transferred. No letter or email sent by notjusttravel.co.uk may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form, other than for the intended use of the original recipient, without prior written consent.
Please note: discounts provided may not be used for every available type of holiday, accommodation and departure date. A valid discount code and booking reference number must be provided in order to claim your discount. The discounts may only be used by persons aged 18 years or over and a UK resident.
All offers and discounts are subject to limited time periods with which you will be prominently informed within the letter, email or sited on our web site. All offers will end midnight of the specified date, unless otherwise stated. If there has been an attempt to use a discount, whilst purchasing a holiday, service or any other product, after the specified date and time, you will be charged at the original price. We reserve the right to cancel any purchases made using any promotional offers or discounts after the specified time and date. Refunds will not be given. However, an alternative holiday may be provided.
Payment
If holidays are booked less than 14 weeks before departure, full payment is required at booking. Holidays which are booked more than 14 weeks in advance will require a deposit. The deposit amount required will vary with each tour operator, and will be specified to you at the time booking is made. Payments in full or in part will vary between operators. You are advised to read the relevant tour operators terms and conditions. We will notify you when full payments are due.
Once your booking has been confirmed, the booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation except in circumstances required by law. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd is an agent acting on behalf of tour operators, accommodation owners and carriers. For further information of booking payments and cancellations, you are advised to read the appropriate tour operators, accommodation owners and carries terms and conditions.
Credit card charge fee will apply, which is 2.5%. We do not charge for debit card payments.
Amendments and Cancellations
Under no circumstances are Not Just Travel (agency Ltd permitted to award refunds for cancellations unless under express permission from the relevant tour operator, accommodation owner and carrier. Once permission has been granted, all monies awarded will be returned to you when reasonably possible
You are advised that once payment has been made via our website or with our operators, you have received written confirmation we have no authority to process any cancellations; cancellations are made direct with the relevant tour operator, accommodation owner and carrier. You are advised, once your booking has been confirmed to read the relevant terms and conditions of the tour operators, accommodation owners and carriers regarding cancellations and amendments.
Please note that any refunds awarded will be payable in which the manner they were paid to us.
In the event of cancellation, it is a requirement of many tour operators that they are to be informed 56 days before departure. You are required to inform us or the tour operator direct as soon as is reasonably possible. Circumstances, refunds payable for cancellations are subject to the tour operators, accommodation owners and carriers’ terms and conditions. You are advised to read the relevant terms and conditions for further information. We cannot list all tour operators’ terms and conditions regarding cancellations, if you cannot access their terms please contact us immediately. Refunds for cancellations will not be made payable by Not Just travel (agency) Ltd.
If you wish to make any amendments to a booking whole or in part, you are advised to contact us as soon as is reasonably possible. It is a requirement of many tour operators that any amendments must be made 56 days before your departure date. In some circumstances amendments are deemed as cancellations and further charges will apply. For further information regarding amendments you are advised to read the relevant tour operator or carriers’ terms and conditions. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd shall not be liable for information given to us in error.
you are advised that from time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, tour operators, accommodation owners and carriers may cancel or amend your original travel bookings or arrangements with them without prior warning. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd shall not be held liable for cost, loss or damages. You are advised to read the relevant tour operators, accommodation and carriers terms and conditions regrading cancellations made by them
It is necessary for you to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to allow for compensation beyond that of the relevant tour operators, accommodation owners and carriers compensation arrangements.
In the event of any amendments to your travel arrangements, they must be by the lead passenger and in writing.
Insurance
It is a condition of your booking with us acting as agents for all tour operators and suppliers of services that you and all other members of your party, including infants and children, are adequately insured. In the case where you wish to decline insurance you will be asked to sign an indemnity form or provide details of an alternative cover. We offer fully comprehensive insurance which can be added to your travel booking at the time of booking. If you have your own insurance cover you will need to inform the relevant tour operators within 48 hours of your booking.
It is inadvisable to travel without insurance and Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd will not accept responsibility for anyone who does not contain the relevant insurance.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s). In the absence of valid documentation, you will not be allowed to travel. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.
For travel outside the UK, British Citizens need a valid full ten year passport. Your passport must have validity of 6 months of your departure date. For more information visit www.ukpa.gov.uk
For the latest details of any travel restrictions, entry and stay requirements, visa and travel advice to your particular destination, visit the Foreign Office website at www.fco.gov.uk and visit the Passport Service website at www.ips.gov.uk for passport information before booking or travelling. Holders of non-UK passports should always check with their embassy, high commission or consulate before booking.
It is your responsibility that you arrive at departure points in good time; You are advised to check with the relevant tour operator and/or carrier for exact times. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at your departure airport with the necessary documentation needed, including your passport.
Some countries require nationals of other countries to apply for visas before they are granted entry. There may be a need for a visa if your stay exceeds 3 months. For further information contact the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on 0207 234503/4504 or visit www.fco.gov.uk
Passports and Minors: There may be specific entry requirements applicable to minors (children under 18) relevant to the country you are visiting. In certain circumstances this may incur additional expenses and require separate/additional legal documentation such as an affidavit, executed by a notary public, where for example the minor is not accompanied by both parents. As these entry requirements vary for different countries you should always check with the relevant consulate/embassy of the country you are intending to travel to prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry/carriage.
You must ensure you have had all the applicable vaccinations before you travel. For up to date information please check with the Department of Health or consult your GP. .
Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd cannot give advice on any medical conditions, including travelling whilst pregnant. If you have any concerns you must seek advice from the relevant physicians.
If you fail to obtain the relevant vaccinations, medical advice and necessary documentation before you travel you will be solely responsible for any costs, loss or damage which you, we the relevant tour operator or carrier incurs as a result of that failure. Not Just Travel (agency) Ltd shall not be liable for any such costs. loss or damage.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office issues and frequently updates advice for those travelling outside the UK. The advice includes general warnings and specific information for the benefit of travellers. Please check the up-to-date position with us before you book or alternatively you can access latest information from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Travel Website at www.fco.gov.uk.
Amendments to Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this Site. The revisions will be effective immediately. Please re-read these Terms of Use from time to time even if you have previously used this Site. By using this Site after we have changed the Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Law and Jurisdiction
Every booking shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. This site is not intended for use in jurisdictions outside the UK. English law shall govern each of the bookings made through us, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships which arise out of such bookings. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any booking.
If however you have booked your holiday in Scotland or Northern Ireland any disputes may be dealt with in the local Courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland and will be subject to the law of those countries.
