Thousands of people are thinking about starting their own travel business right now.
Itâs possibly the best ever time to do it, with travelâs biggest ever rebound underway.

2022âs travel trends, explained
You may have seen the news recently that airports have struggled to keep up with passenger volumes. While this is not ideal, itâs certainly a short term issue as staffing levels recover.
One thing it shows is just how desperate we all are to get away on holiday.
And did you know that – according to ABTA – 69% of people are now more likely to book with a company using its logo?
That shows people want reassurance about their hard-earned money and much needed getaways. Itâs why theyâre flooding back to travel agents, with Google reporting that 80% of travel agents are hearing from travellers whoâve never used one before.
And Flight Centre says that 54% of people want to use agents again, instead of booking independently.
Many of our own consultants are also seeing high numbers of first-time customers who want to deal with a real person.
