Our first-ever ‘Virtual Conference’ was a huge success last Saturday 5th September.
100s of Travel Consultants across the UK (our franchisees) joined us from the comfort of their homes to find out what the future holds.



We heard from industry leaders including John and Irene Hays as well as Pippa Jacks the Group Editor of leading trade publication TTG Media.
They shared their vision of the future of travel and how despite COVID-19 there are some great times ahead; and how in fact this challenging time has actually boosted consumer demand for using Travel Agents, fast becoming the go-to choice over booking yourself.

Throughout the day Steve and Paul, our Co-Founders, along with the wider corporate team introduced updates all focused around helping our Travel Consultants build their travel businesses from home.
The conference introduced BIG leaps forward in coaching and support, not seen in any other travel franchise. New online marketing tools and website improvements were also introduced and an exciting calendar of events for 2021 was unveiled.
Including this incredible trip to Mexico in 2021, which our franchisees will have the opportunity to experience, only with Elite or Supreme Packages.
There were stories of success from our Travel Consultants throughout the day; from those achieving their Money Back Challenges to those selling over £500,000 of holidays since the start of the pandemic.

An important part of the conference focused on well-being and mental health. Our founders look to their own experiences of running businesses during the challenges of the 2008 recession to motivate and encourage all the franchisees that joined us both recently and many years ago.
The Travel Franchise went one step further to demonstrate their commitment to all the franchisees by making available a Mind and Body Coach to help develop their personal skills whilst growing their travel business.
Introducing three exclusive, bespoke coaching programmes by Nic Wood, a well-renowned mind and body coach, to support the franchisees as they grow their businesses, overcome challenges, and reap the benefits from having a positive mindset and outlook.

Covid-19 gives the company a new vision for a new future…

It is clear from the conference that 2021 is going to be a very different year for the travel industry and the commitment to creating more ‘WOW’ is still there.
