Helen spent the last decade working for an AIM-listed franchising group where she led their finance function through periods of significant growth and transformation. Outside of work she has a passion for travel and spent a year living abroad.

Claire has worked for NJT for 17 years and heads up NJT’s legal and compliance department. After taking a law degree and qualifying as a solicitor, she’s now in charge of NJT’s legal department and the onboarding process.

Ed ensures consultants have all the technical and online managerial tools they need to deliver exceptional service to their customers. He previously worked in the global energy and supply chain management sectors for 25 years in software development and project management.

Jenny has worked for 16 years in marketing, half in franchising, and has experience turning a small service business into one of the UK’s largest franchises.

Emma has 28 years of experience in the travel industry, including 24 years managing a retail store for a global travel brand, where she led teams and drove consistently high standards of service. As Head of Customer Experience at Not Just Travel, she leads the team that supports consultants and their customers, making sure every journey is seamless from start to finish.
Head of Operations and Experience
Mel has over 28 years’ experience in the travel industry, with a background spanning holiday rep roles, travel technology, customer services and project delivery. Mel heads up major projects including conferences, retreats and community events, working closely with teams to deliver engaging experiences that bring people together and support our consultants.
Head of marketing NJT
Josie has a background in leading campaigns for premium hospitality and lifestyle brands. She’s worked alongside companies including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Apple and Microsoft. Josie leads the way in elevating NJT’s brand, strengthening the company’s digital presence, and creating marketing that truly reflects the people and purpose behind every booking.
