Paul began building The Travel Franchise in 2010 and went all-in as Co-Founder alongside his business partner in the summer of 2014. Today, Not Just Travel and The Travel Franchise are the UK’s fastest-growing travel franchise, having won Homeworking Agency of the Year for five consecutive years (2015–2019). Paul has been recognised among the Top 50 Emerging Business Leaders in the UK by LDC and The Telegraph and he is a Great British Entrepreneur Awards winner.
