The Travel Franchise and our customer-facing brand, Not Just Travel, will be hosting five luxury overseas events in 2023 for our homeworking consultants.
Up to 550 agents will benefit from the unique experiences which includes business workshops and mentoring from our co-founders, Paul Harrison and Steve Witt.
The first event in the calendar will be our famous Millionaires’ Retreat, 17th-22nd March.
Over 30 of our homeworking travel consultants will fly to the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel, Paphos, Cyprus, to experience intensive business and travel consultancy training from peers and entrepreneurs including Paul and Steve.
The event is at no extra cost as it is already included in the franchise fee.
The event is being supported by Key Trade Partner (KTP) Classic Holidays and Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel.




Another KTP, Do Something Different, will also be attending and presenting to our agents.
We will also be hosting our first-ever International Mastery Retreat this year on 22nd-26th March, in Paphos immediately after the Millionaire’s Retreat.
The free event is a thank you to all members who recommitted in 2022 to working with the company.
Each International Mastery event will host between 100-250 members, who have the choice of booking one of three five-day events. The second starts 13th October and takes place on an MSC cruise ship sailing from Southampton to Hamburg and Rotterdam and Le Havre.
The third will take place 22nd-26th November, also at the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel. Our consultants will learn tips from motivational speakers, industry experts, market-leading consultants and a number of destination-specific activities.
In addition, the event will celebrate the successes of many consultants, some of whom sold between £150,000 – £500,000 worth of holidays in January alone.
Our Elite Experience takes place 13th-20th May. The destination, typically long haul, remains under wraps but previous Elite consultants have been taken to destinations such as Mexico and Mauritius.


Many consultants say this mentorship retreat is worth the franchise fee alone as sales have soared following the event thanks to the expert entrepreneurial advice given during the trip.
Aimed at members of the company’s Elite and Supreme franchise packages, the retreat aims to “level up” their businesses through sales training, entrepreneurship skills and mindset workshops.
Members learn from Paul and Steve, as well as the company’s most experienced and profitable travel consultants.
