Not Just Travel (NJT) is the travel brand our franchisees trade under when they start a travel business with us.

What NJT Smart AI actually does
This is not a generic chatbot. It is not a tool that requires hours of learning or expensive monthly subscriptions. NJT Smart AI has been built specifically for our travel consultants, combining cutting-edge AI with real industry knowledge to help members work smarter, save time and grow faster.
Here is what is included from day one.
Smart Chat gives consultants their own AI assistant for research, ideas and quick answers. Smart Projects creates a personal knowledge base that learns about the consultant and their business over time. The AI Image Creator generates professional visuals for marketing in seconds. Why we invest in AI
AI is growing faster than any technology we have seen before. With over one billion searches being carried out on ChatGPT before lunchtime every day, it is clear that the world is moving quickly. NJT consultants are being given the tools to stay ahead of that curve rather than trying to catch up later.
What makes this launch particularly significant is the decision to make it completely free. NJT Smart AI includes the premium features of tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, built in. Consultants would have to pay hundreds of pounds a month to get these tools separately – and they wouldn’t be set up and optimised for their work.
Co-founder Steve Witt is direct about why that decision was made. “We have made a very significant investment in AI and chosen to give it to our consultants completely free, because when they grow, we grow.”
