Not Just Travel (NJT) has been named a finalist for Travel Bulletin’s Star Homeworking Group 2023 award.
Having won the prestigious title last year, we’re honoured, once again, to have been shortlisted, particularly as nominations and voting are exclusively decided by supplier partners including tour operators, hotel groups, airlines, cruise lines and tourist offices.

At Not Just Travel we have 450 travel suppliers and nearly 50 key trade partners (KTPs) with whom we have a very special relationship. KTPs frequently provide agents with exclusive deals and educational trips abroad as well as optional training in person and online.
We work hard to support and train our agents about each and every one of our partners so that they can matchmake the right customers to the best holidays. The strategy has clearly worked with our consultants reporting ever increasing sales and bigger bookings.
Some of our KTPs have seen sales skyrocket immediately after one of our luxury overseas mentorship retreats – week-long trips where we take consultants to experience a travel destination or product with the support of one or more of our partners.
Examples this year include a week-long Seminar at Sea cruise with KTP Virgin Voyages onboard its Valiant Lady ocean ship and a seven-day Elite Experience in Mauritius with KTP Beachcomber Tours.






Both KTPs said they were astounded at sales following the fam trips with bookings far surpassing those of other travel agencies post fam trip.

We even had bookings confirmed while the agents were still in Mauritius.”
While luxury retreats abroad are effective and fun, it’s only one of the many ways that we support our partners and agents. As a homeworking agency we continue to introduce innovative ideas such as our Cruise Mastery 12-month course where agents become an expert in selling cruise. This month, we have also launched a new App promoting incredible deals that our agents can sell.
Such innovation has helped us earn the title Homeworking Agency of the Year numerous times and we hope it will help us win this award again. We look forward to the awards ceremony in October. Watch this space!
