Colman and Rachael did not come to us because they hated policing.
They came because they knew a career you are good at and a life you actually want are not always the same thing. Both worked in the force and were used to pressure, long hours and unpredictable days. At some point, they started wondering if there was another way to build something together on their own terms without betting everything overnight.
They decided to start their travel business alongside their careers. They built it part time, booking by booking, until it grew into something that changed their lives entirely. Today they have a brilliant lifestyle, a business they own and work that fits around their life instead of consuming it.
“There is no way we could have built our company from scratch if we had not bought a franchise,” Rachael told us. “We have grown our business on our terms, at our pace, and now we have a brilliant lifestyle.”

What policing gives you
Policing gives you everything except ownership. You become incredibly good at reading people and staying calm when everything around you is chaotic. You make decisions quickly and handle conversations that most people would find impossible. You solve problems before anyone else has even noticed them. Those skills transfer directly into building a business based on relationships and trust. Clients want someone they can rely on to sort things out when a flight gets cancelled or plans fall apart. You cannot teach that skill in a week, but Colman and Rachael walked in with it already.
“You already know how to handle people, how to listen, and how to think on your feet,” Colman says. “That is most of the job.”
Starting part time is the smart move
Many people think starting part time means you are not serious. It is actually the opposite. Colman and Rachael did not quit and hope for the best. They used the gaps in their shifts and their quieter days to find their first customers and learn the business. By the time the business matched Colman’s police income, the decision about what came next made itself.
Around seventy percent of our consultants start part time because they want to see it work before they go all in.
The travel industry suits this perfectly. You are not chained to a desk at fixed hours. You respond to customers when you can, making it ideal to run alongside unpredictable shift patterns.

What we provide and what you build
We gave Colman and Rachael the framework. They had the training, the supplier access, the systems and the buying power behind every booking. We gave them a foundation instead of a blank page.
But they built their own success.
They told people what they did, looked after their customers and built relationships that turned into repeat bookings and referrals. We put the support in place so they never had to figure it out alone. That is the deal we make with everyone who joins us.
If you are curious about how that actually works in practice, the next step is simple.
Take a closer look at how people get started, how they find their first customers, and what support is really in place from day one.
