Why The Travel Franchise ‘training is invaluable’ according to franchisee Lesley Robertson.
Since joining The Travel Franchise in February this year in partnership with her sister Nicole, Lesley Robertson hasn’t looked back. She says:
“We joined the Travel Franchise in the beginning of February 2019. I was the first one to sign up and then Nicole came along to one of the conferences and knew she wanted to be a part of this too.
Lesley previously managed estate agents, and prior to this was in Management Retail. Nicole was working as a Sales Director in Fashion Wholesale.
In just four months Lesley and Nicole achieved £143,153 of sales and 62 bookings. They had been on a social media course and had been concentrating their efforts on getting their name out there as much as possible. Lesley says:
The importance of first-class training
Lesley cites that the training she has received from Head Office ‘invaluable’. She says:
“(It is) so helpful and it really helps to give you a real boost and gets you motivated. We would thoroughly recommend attending any training available and in particular supplier training days are an absolute must too.”
Both Nicole and Lesley are looking forward to the Millionaire’s Retreat in Morocco to receive more training and advice on how to move forward to reach our goal of achieving their Money Back Challenge.
The journey so far
How has the journey been with The Travel Franchise so far? Lesley says:
“It has been a real learning curve. We are really glad we chose Not Just Travel – it’s a great company to work for. We are really pleased the way the company is moving towards being more corporate.”
“ My advice to other would-be travel consultants is to be prepared for a lot of hard work and patience. It will be worth it as you get what you put in!”
