Natalie’s journey is one built on grit, resilience, and the belief that no matter where you start, you can go far. Her career began at just 16, working as a trainee in a high street travel agency. Despite a challenging start in life, she worked her way up — becoming a manager, then overseeing multiple shops, and even turning a store from a £900,000 turnover to over £4 million.
But life threw curveballs. Redundancy, career changes, and the responsibility of raising two sons with complex additional needs might have caused others to step back. Not Natalie. She adapted, learned new industries, and returned to her first love: travel.
Today, she’s a senior business development manager, helping franchisees turn their passion for travel into thriving businesses.

“I’m often on a call late or jumping in to help on weekends in an emergency,” she says. “Sometimes, people just need someone who believes in them — who’s been there, and can show them what’s possible.”
