Meet the team – Suzie: Your personal concierge professional
Our new concierge service has been a hit with the many franchisees who have already signed up to the service. Introduced as a method to improve customers travel experience, the service provides additional contact to franchsiees customers both before, during and after their dream holiday

We recently caught up with Suzie from the concierge team to get to know a little bit about her and her role.

“I’ve been in the team since it’s inception in May 2019. It’s been fantastic! There is a real desire to provide the best service possible to each customer.” The team recently serviced their one-thousandth booking. “Having already processed a thousand bookings is a great achievement. It really shows how much the franchisees have utilized our skills and we expect to grow as more franchisees sign up to the service.”
Suzie has also enjoyed getting to know the franchisees she is concierging for. “We have a great relationship with the consultants who have signed up! We know we are on the same team so always try to work together as closely as possible. By taking all of the important customer service away from the Travel Consultants it means they can focus on increasing their booking rate whilst knowing each customer is given 5-star service when they book with us”
