MENTORSHIP RETREATS
Mentorship Retreats are immersive, overseas learning experiences designed to accelerate your growth as a personal travel consultant. Through focused workshops, supplier sessions with The Travel Franchise’s Key Trade Partners (KTPs) and small-group coaching, you’ll sharpen how you find first-time customers, increase repeat bookings and scale with confidence.
Each retreat is led by senior leadership (either Paul or Steve) with support from one or two Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll also get to tap into the wisdom of experienced top consultants and meet suppliers. Destinations vary year to year and recent examples include Turkey, Lanzarote, Cyprus, Mauritius and the Caribbean.
While we give you everything you need to be a personal travel consultant, we also want you to be the best business owner you can be. That’s why we run the exclusive (and free) Millionaires Retreat, included in every franchise package. If, like many of our consultants, you’ve never been self-employed before, this is the fast-track to success.

For many of our consultants, this is where they say their business really starts to take-off. The Travel Franchise Mentorship Retreats are held overseas. Recent Millionaire Retreat locations include Turkey, Lanzarote and Cyprus while Elite Experiences have been held in long-haul destinations including Mauritius and the Caribbean. While destinations typically change, the energy, inspiration, practical advice and sense of community remains the same and is absolutely unbeatable.
Typically, Mentorship Retreats are led by either Paul or Steve, who are supported by one to two BDMs. There are also sessions with experienced consultants (the 7-figure earners) and a Key Trade Partner (KTP). You’ll be in good hands with this select group of inspiring individuals. Plus, the broader Travel Franchise community is around to offer thoughts, support and advice.

The Elite Experience
The exclusive Millionaires Retreat is the first trip where you take you and around 60-90 other consultants to a short-haul location to take your business skills to the next level. The Elite Experience takes place in a long-haul destination, with opportunities to stay and tour luxury resorts.
Limited to around 30 consultants, you’ll spend in-depth time with Paul or Steve and other business leaders. The focus is on you and your business and how you can skyrocket your sales. Many franchisees tell us this trip is worth the franchise fee alone.
All the activities and sessions at the Mentorship Retreats are tied to having a positive and strong impact on your business. Afterwards, you’ll be able to find more first-time customers consistently and turn one-off trips into repeat bookings. Other helpful strategies that will enable you to help your business grow include building simple daily/weekly habits that compound while sharpening sales conversations and follow-up. Plus, you’ll get help in creating a clear 90-day action plan you’ll actually use all while learning live from suppliers (KTP) and top consultants.
The typical schedule starts with morning workshops. This is accompanied by supplier/KTP sessions for product and margin opportunities. There are also small-group breakouts and masterminds as well as 1:1 clinics with a BDM/mentor for your business. Evenings are packed with networking and peer learning. And there’s time for fun, too, with location exploration and exciting tasks.

The Millionaires Retreat is included with your franchise but it requires that you make at least 10 bookings. The Elite Experience is the second trip you’ll take. It’s designed to unlock your full business potential with limited places available.
