If you become a travel consultant with us you will be invited to many exciting events and company conferences where you can learn the latest news and network face-to-face with us, other agents, our travel partners and sometimes the odd celebrity….
Our brand ambassadors, TV presenters Hayley Sparkes and Laura Hamilton, were the surprise guests and incredible hosts of our one-day summer conference that took place in Birmingham on Saturday.

Over 170 delegates attended the event which gave consultants the opportunity to meet our staff and over 40 big name travel suppliers in person.
As temperatures soared into the 90s, so did the atmosphere in the conference centre as co-founder Paul Harrison revealed some exciting company trips and prizes available to consultants this autumn.
These included a heavily-subsidised luxury golf holiday to Mauritius and an Elite retreat in Jamaica, free to our consultants on our Elite franchise package. Paul also announced his intention to make next summer’s conference take place in a secret location abroad!
One of our consultants Ami Wood, who booked over £1.5 million-worth of holidays in her first 18 months despite no former experience in travel, said: “The conference was a great event as always. I always come away feeling inspired and raring to go. I cannot wait to see how the next few months turn out with enquiries flooding in and lots of amazing events and trips coming up that really help with my destination and product knowledge and are great to share with my customers.”

Co-founder Steve Witt and chief commercial officer Chris Harrison also took to the stage to reveal the latest company news which included further investment into the cruise division to help agents become experts in an area which is seeing unprecedented growth with 19 new cruise ships launching over the next 12 months.
Cruise is our fastest growing product and it also offers some of the highest commissions in travel.
Agents had the chance to join one of two cruise workshops which highlighted some of the latest cruise news with Senior Cruise Business Development Manager, Duncan Croucher, on hand to share his knowledge. After Duncan’s 30 years in the industry, agents were undeniably impressed!
Another cruise BDM, Gemma Outram, was also present. Having sold £1.2 million in cruise in her spare time, she was a great inspiration to many agents who are keen to get a slice of the lucrative cruise market.
Having heard about the benefits and profits made by those who joined our optional 12-month cruise mastery programme, we’ve already been inundated by many more keen to join.
It’s no surprise given the special privileges and exclusive benefits which include access to cruise experts like Duncan and Gemma, plus membership of CLIA, the world’s largest cruise industry trade association (saving you £340 +vat!).
Members also get the opportunity to go on cruises with us including the Seminar at Sea where they get expert tuition onboard a luxury week-long company cruise, typically on board a new ship (we’re also hosting over 100 soon on MSC’s newest ship Euribia!).
Other perks include priority access to tour some of the world’s newest cruise ships when in dock at ports around the UK (many agents get bookings by simply posting photos and video on social media!).
Also included is access to a pioneering new cruise website which includes the ability to search and compare thousands of cruise itineraries and access to exclusive cruise deals from our key trade partners (KTPs), travel suppliers (such MSC, P&O, Virgin Voyages and TUI) with whom our team has built a very close relationship.
The conference gave agents the chance to meet face-to-face with many of these KTPs and build a personal relationship and discover their latest news.

Paul revealed that KTPs were so impressed with our consultants’ record bookings that we now have huge leverage (which basically means we can expect to provide agents with even bigger and better deals in the future!).
Join and you could also get your hands on our new pioneering deals app (full details revealed in the next two weeks!) and get your business launched before the start of ‘Peaks’, the January to March period where agents typically sell four times as many holidays than any other time of the year.
“2024 will be the biggest Peaks yet,” said Paul.
The conference also included a Discovery event for anyone who has not yet joined our company but are thinking of investing in a franchise. Over 30 people from all different walks of life met Paul face-to-face and learned how anyone can join and live their dream life doing something they love from home: booking holidays!
