Not Just Travel has released a travel quotation tool which will enable homeworkers to send clients customised, professional-looking itineraries and proposals quickly.
The tool, developed in partnership with travel technology specialist Travefy, integrates with hundreds of suppliers to pre-fill contents for tours and cruises.
Travel consultants can then build itineraries using destination guides and pictures, as well as suggesting local attractions and restaurants.
The white-label platform also enables consultants to include their name and picture on the quote and send it to a client as a mobile-friendly link, a pdf attachment or it can be presented on an app for iPhone and Android.
Not Just Travel head of sales and training, Dave Pope, said: “This tool clearly demonstrates that we’re far more than just agents that book flights and accommodation – we build the whole itinerary.
“But this isn’t just a basic quotation tool. It goes far beyond providing clients with an initial quote – it gives them a complete itinerary until they return home.”
Pope added that the tool is best used for requests that go beyond “fly and flop” packages.
“This tool is for those more complicated, bespoke and high-end itineraries for which the consultant needs to research and plan,” he said. “They can then present this research in a professional, customised and impressive way.”
The tool is available to all Not Just Travel consultants at a “competitive rate”, with payment plans in place to allow consultants to spread the cost. Consultants who have attained Platinum two-star level will have free use of the tool.

Not Just Travel has unveiled a new quotation tool enabling members to create “customised, visually appealing and professional-looking” itineraries “at the press of a button”.
The white label platform, built in partnership with Travefy, integrates with hundreds of suppliers to pre-fill contents for tours and cruises.
Consultants can even suggest extras to clients such as local restaurants and attractions.
Each proposal incorporates the name and picture of the Not Just Travel consultant, with quotes able to be sent to the client on mobile as a link, a pdf attachment or can be presented on an app for iPhone and Android.
Revealing the technology at Not Just Travel’s annual conference in Windsor, head of sales and training Dave Pope said the system would work best for requests that go beyond “fly-and-flop” packages.
“Personalised service is one of the key reasons holidaymakers choose to book with us,” he said.
“This tool clearly demonstrates that we’re far more than just agents that book flights and accommodation – we build the whole itinerary and, what’s more, it looks fantastic.
“This isn’t just a basic quotation tool. It goes far beyond providing clients with an initial quote – it gives them a complete itinerary until they return home.
Pope said Not Just Travel members who had already begun using the system had seen their closure rate on enquiries “significantly increase”.
The tool has been made available to all Not Just Travel’s consultants “at a very competitive rate”, he added, with payment plans in place to allow consultants to spread the cost.
Those consultants who have attained Platinum two-star level will have free use of the tool.
