Celebrating a record month in October!
Can you believe it’s November already? This year has flown by, and October was one of our most successful months yet for training, sales and personal targets. Here’s an update on life at The Travel Franchise…
Lots of new franchisees…
We’ve had a huge amount of people join The Travel Franchise in 2018, and in October we had back to back training weeks which saw a whole bunch of brand-new Travel Consultants start their journey with us here at head office.
There are no signs of us slowing down either. Training is fully booked in November, and we’ve only got one training week left in December. So for those considering starting their own business in 2019, now’s the time to get in touch if you want to be trained up for the New Year.
January is always our busiest month of the year, which is why we encourage people to get trained up before Christmas, so you can really smash sales in your first few months. However, with the business’s rapid growth, October took the lead in sales, which means it was record month for The Travel Franchise.
Success all round
One of our top Travel Consultants, David Walker, secured a massive booking last month, totalling £106,000.This is an outstanding achievement that all came down to his knowledge, expertise and passion.
David’s success just goes to show that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and we believe that all our Travel Consultants can be securing big bookings like this if they want to be.
And it wasn’t just our seasoned pros that were smashing the sales targets, either. We’ve seen many of our newbies securing bookings immediately after, if not during their training weeks. We’re happy that everyone is settling into their new lifestyle so well, and we hope to see everyone keep up the good work!
Also this month, 70 of our Travel Consultants went off to Majorca on our 13th Millionaire’s Retreat. Here we taught them how to maximise on sales and how to really think like an entrepreneur, so we hope to see many more big bookings to come!

The Travel Franchise are all about providing ongoing support and training to all franchisees, so you have the chance to be the best Travel Consultant you can be.
Head office have been working incredibly hard to support our growing number of Travel Consultants, which means we’ve had to expand too. Our operations team has welcomed new members, as has our marketing team, who are busy beavering away on some brand-new websites for each of our Travel Consultants.
Our Star Council also had their first meeting this month. The Star Council are a board of Travel Consultants that have been chosen to represent the field, and they’ll be working closely with us to provide essential feedback make sure we can support our franchisees more efficiently.
What to expect in November…
We’ve got our annual conference coming up at the end of November which is set to be our biggest and best one yet. With around 300 attending, we’ll be launching some exciting new things in time for the new year and celebrating the successes of 2018 with a gala dinner in the evening.
Training is jam-packed once again, and head office are also working hard getting ready to support all our Travel Consultants during the January sales, which are always incredibly busy in the travel industry.
