Operations: Behind the scenes administration for your business

Within the model that Not Just Travel operates, it is vital that we have consistent, open communications between our head office staff and franchisees in the field. We must ensure that consultants are supported at all times so that we offer a consistent level of service to customers.

Our operations team is a key component in the support for consultants making bookings. They are available from 8am to 10pm 6 days a week and 10am to 4pm Sundays to assist our consultants with bookings they have made. Included in your monthly management fee, the operations team will liaise directly with our suppliers to ensure all the paperwork is taken care of for customers. They will also check the booking for irregularities and communicate with consultants should there be any issues.

This enables consultants to focus on building their relationships with their customers and enjoying the lifestyle that comes with being a home-based entrepreneur.

Once a booking has been made and logged on our systems, all paperwork is sent to our head office team. They then collect and file the paperwork in the relevant areas and ensure the correct paperwork is sent to the customers. This can be very time consuming and tedious, which is why we take care of this for every booking made. Our consultants can be safe in the knowledge that their customers will receive the paperwork and tickets for their dream holiday and be sure to book again!

Quality Assurance
A key processing stage in the booking process is our obligation to quality assurance for each booking made. Our operations team is happy to take care of all the “behind the scenes” administration that comes with the completion of a booking.

Our operations team at head office is just one of the many ways in which we support our consultants. The team has grown exponentially in the last 12 months, and we will ensure that as our brand grows across the UK we will have the necessary staff in place to manage bookings and assist the field
