From Tokyo’s neon-lit streets to Kyoto’s ancient temples, 30 of our consultants embarked on an unforgettable Elite Experience in Japan last weekend.
It’s the first time we’ve hosted our mentorship retreat in this trending destination and the results have been extraordinary.
This immersive trip, included in our Elite package, is designed to combine expert training, cultural discovery and meaningful networking opportunities – helping consultants to strengthen their businesses while exploring one of the world’s most captivating destinations.

Throughout the retreat, consultants have been receiving invaluable guidance from two of our top Business Development Managers, Richard Lowrey-Heywood and Debra Leavy, who have years of experience in travel. Their practical training sessions sharpened skills, sparked new ideas and provided the kind of mentorship that inspires lasting change.
As consultant Lori-Ann, winner of our Money Back Challenge earlier this year, explained:
“Over the last three days we’ve had inspiring, thought-provoking and strategically focused sessions where I gained valuable insights that have completely reshaped the way I approach my business.”

In partnership with our trusted supplier Inside Japan, consultants enjoyed seamless access to authentic cultural experiences — supported by a dedicated representative on the trip to answer questions and with local “Insiders” in each location to bring the destinations to life.
From the welcome reception at the Prince Hotel Tokyo Bay Shiomi to a traditional yakatabune dinner cruise, consultants immersed themselves in Japanese hospitality from the moment they arrived.
Training days were balanced with unique cultural activities: exploring Tokyo’s vibrant neighbourhoods, sightseeing in Kyoto, riding the iconic Shinkansen (bullet train), and even taking part in a private Taiko drumming lesson.

Each experience offered not only personal enrichment but also authentic content to share across social media – helping consultants inspire clients with first-hand travel stories and images.
Lori-Ann, summed it up:
“Japan… What an absolute dream destination. From the moment we arrived we were treated to an unforgettable showcase of culture, cuisines and hospitality that we can now share with our clients. I’m returning home not only with a love for Japan and lifelong friendships with other consultants but also with a refined business strategy that will propel my business to new heights!”
Consultant Vanessa added: “Being able to sell Japan will now come confidently to me.”
