“Phenomenal” is how franchisee John Redding describes the support he has received since joining in 2016
It’s not only in the first few weeks that our franchisees benefit from our training and support programmes, with The Travel Franchise, on-going means on-going.
They say if you can’t beat them, join them and this was certainly the case for one of our franchisee’s John Redding who joined us in July 2016.
Making the move
Having seen his friends who had partnered with The Travel Franchise flourish, John wanted to make the move himself. He recalls:
“I knew other people who already had a franchise with The Travel Franchise, people who I trusted. Still as an ex police officer I was very sceptical, and I went to a Discovery Event in Leeds to get a feel for the company and the people behind it – I liked what I saw.”
John undertook training in July and was impressed with the initial training week. He describes the Head Office training team as being ‘knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming.’.
After flying through training in July, John launched his own travel business immediately afterwards and was delighted to make a booking the day after he left training. Impressively he did this whilst on holiday in the beautiful Loire Valley achieving this on ‘very ropey Wi-Fi’.
The support is ‘phenomenal’
With the first booking under his belt, John’s business continued to bloom and grow and he cites the support he received from his Personal Travel Consultants (who act as a mentor to our franchisees) as being ‘phenomenal’.
John says:
“Nothing was (or is today) too much trouble. They are available to call whenever I need them and are so incredibly knowledgeable.” He also attended a Millionaire’s Retreat in Marbella ‘enabled him to grow an ever improving and profitable business.’
