September really was a month to remember and last week more than most weeks. We’re still on a high in the office after giving away 5 Mini Coopers and 4 iPad Pro’s. I have to say that has been one of the best days so far in the business.
Obviously it’s great to receive awards and talk about all the great things we do, but to see so many people genuinely excited to be heading home with real signs of success in their own business, and to hear them talking about the team in the office, the growth of the business, how excited they are, their plans for the future, you really can’t help but be excited.
September also saw two MEGA trips happen. We had the Elite Experience in Mexico with 25 of us enjoying money can’t buy experiences including Ja Rule concerts, Rock Star cocktail parties and some of the best hotels money can buy. And at the same time, not too far away we had 25 of you enjoying our first even ‘Ultimate Educational’ trip to Sandals St. Lucia and Antigua.
The team at head office continued to grow. We will be introducing you to each of our new team members individually very soon. However, September saw Charlotte and James join the marketing team and Martin joins the Operations Team. Paul and I are massively excited to welcome these three fantastic people to the team because they bring with them a huge wealth of experience and talent, as you will see when we introduce them to you properly.
October will be no exception as we announce fresh appointments to the Operational Team, Marketing Team and the new Legal and Compliance, Team. Our focus currently is on ensuring we have enough team members in place ahead of the busy ‘Peaks’ period in January.
Throughout September our head office support teams dealt with on average about 800 support telephone calls per week and 210 emailed support requests per week. This is in addition to the support calls received to our Franchise Partners. Since it’s launch, Live chat has been a firm favourite with many of you and we will continue to support this. WhatsApp support has been used considerably less over this time and we are currently reviewing its use over the next 30 days.
Throughout September we have seen an increasing number of bookings being made over the value of £10,000 so we’d like to say a massive congratulations to everyone who have been making these bookings. These are often being made by TC’s who have previously only made much smaller bookings.
Some of the suppliers that have been seeing big increases in sales recently include:
- Sandals
- Club Med https://www.clubmedagents.co.uk/
- Beachcomber Tours https://www.beachcombertours.uk/travel-agents-login/
More than half of you have already booked your tickets for the November conference. This is the most we have ever had book so far in advance, but this does mean that hotel availability is now becoming limited. Book now via the HUB at http://hub.notjusttravel.com/login/
The great news is that we have two very packed days for you and we know just attending will add a huge amount to your business. There are plenty of reasons to be there, but more importantly, think about what you will be missing out on if you don’t attend. Currently, we are having to look at what we cut out of the schedule as we have too much to squeeze in. If you haven’t yet booked your tickets, do so now to ensure you don’t miss out.
What can you expect to see in October
In addition to new faces in the team, you can expect to see an extra bonus training event being staged in Bournemouth. Currently (provisionally) scheduled for the 29th October at the Hilton Hotel in Bournemouth. More details to follow very soon.
In one week from now, about 65 TC’s will be heading off to the sunshine in Mallorca for our next Millionaires Retreat. This will be another exceptional experience for everyone and this time we’ve packed even more coaching, training and fun into a week at this fantastic All-Inclusive resort.

Are you ready for PEAKS?
We all know January is the busiest time of year for our business, but do you prospects know this? Do they know to book with you? If we randomly called one of your friends or family members and asked them to recommend a travel agent, would they say YOU?
Get yourself ready for peaks. Ensure between now and January you ensure you talk to and contact EVERYONE on your prospecting list at least 3 times. YES, 3 times! Not sure what to say? Talk to your PTC for pre-prepared scripts and ideas.
It’s hugely important to ensure they don’t go anywhere else. Starting to contact your prospects in December and January will be too late. Sales are built through ‘familiarity’.
If you work your list properly now, you could earn as much money in January as many people earn all year.
Make sure you are ready for Peaks. If you need help then talk to your PTC as soon as you can.
It’s great to see so many new faces in the business at the moment and so many existing TC’s making great incomes, or making their first income from the business. Keep up the fantastic work. Both Paul and I look forward to seeing you at the conference (book tickets now if you haven’t).
Happy Selling
Steve and Paul
