Our next Millionaire’s Retreat will take place in Paphos, Cyprus, at the Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel from 17-22 March 2023.
Around 30 travel consultants will be treated to a five-night all-inclusive stay at the luxury hotel which has a superb beachfront setting, five themed restaurants, three bars and a spa.

Agents will have the opportunity to explore the island, visit a handful of other hotels and spend time in a classroom learning entrepreneurial skills from co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt and other travel experts.
The mentorship retreat is unique to The Travel Franchise and is a winning formula that has been known to help some of its franchisees create a travel agency worth over a million pounds.
Some of these entrepreneurs will also be present at the retreat to share their tips and knowledge about finding more customers, achieving big bookings and building repeat customers.
Says Steve: “Many consultants tell us that the Millionaires Retreat is worth the franchise fee alone. The skills you get will help you in any part of your life, not just building a travel business.”
“There is no other travel franchise, that we are aware of that does anything like this. Most offer run-of-the-mill FAM (familiarisation) trips.”
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and The Travel Franchise
Consultants are invited on the retreat when they have been in the business six months or so and have achieved 10 bookings or £2,000 commission.
“Many sell holidays while we are away because they are posting inspirational pictures of the destination on social media and they know who to pitch the holiday to on their client list.”
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and The Travel Franchise
Some travel agents believe the Millionaire’s Retreat was the foundation for their success.
The McCardies, a husband and wife team, who recently took £1m of holiday bookings in one month said:
“The Millionaire’s Retreat was a game changer for our business. It laid out in simple terms the path to success and since we adopted that approach, we have never looked back!”
