We’ve just had our biggest team event in our history – see what it means for you if you join

This week we held our biggest-ever corporate summit, bringing together 80 members of our corporate team to align on strategy, unveil ambitious plans for 2026 and celebrate this year’s achievements.

Our consultants have achieved record holiday bookings and commissions in 2025; some have won coveted industry awards and our trophy cabinet is brimming!

This year we’ve been voted Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World, Best Franchise in Europe, plus this week we’ve been announced as a finalist for Top Homeworking Agency – Large – at the TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies 2026.

We’ve also hired new talent, taken consultants on more trips abroad than ever before, and held more in-person UK training events so that we build a collaborative community and build closer relationships with our key trade partners who offer exclusive deals, tailored training and fam trips abroad.

Our corporate summit highlighted that there’s much more to come in 2026 and, while we can’t reveal the fine details, we announced a significant investment in building, strengthening and expanding the talented team who will train, coach and support you from day one.

Behind every booking, every consultant, every initiative and every innovation, is a team of 80 passionate experts working together to raise standards, support franchisees and deliver extraordinary travel experiences.

Whether you need training, marketing guidance, operational support, business development coaching or help with your first booking, our staff will be there to help you.

And as the business continues to scale at a record pace, we were proud to use the summit to recognise the exceptional people who have helped hundreds of people new to travel become successful entrepreneurs.

Co-founder Steve Witt captured the spirit of the event perfectly:

“We’re a people-first organisation built on collaborative partnerships, and bringing our team together to share our vision and celebrate our successes demonstrates our commitment to that principle.

“Our model is built on an entire ecosystem of clients, our travel consultants, our head office team and our trade partners. Our sales stats show that when we invest in our people and partnerships, everyone succeeds.”

Steve and the leadership team spent the day sharing priorities that will drive the business into its next phase of growth, including:

  • AI integration across the business to save time and boost productivity
  • Exciting new service offerings
  • Expansion of the corporate team
  • Enhancements to an already industry-leading staff benefits package

Our trade team also spoke about our goal of growing relationships and bookings through our Key Trade Partners (KTPs). When you join you have access to over 450 operators but we work closely with over 40 KTPs to bring you exclusive offers, training and phone helplines to improve your competitiveness, productivity and success.

The day before our summit we held our biggest Cruise Event on land (below) with over 90 consultants having the opportunity to meet Cruise KTPs lie Royal Caribbean and Virgin Voyages.

KTPs range from big brands such as Easyjet to luxury cruise brands like Regent Seven Seas and trade-only operators like Gold Medal.

Here’s what Easyjet’s Dom Carrick, trade distribution manager, had to say when he attended our summit:

“A good proportion of our bookings comes through travel agents…NJT are leading the way with fantastic figures throughout the year. We work very closely with consultants and our relationship with NJT is very strong.

“We have weekly calls with the corporate and business development team, problem solving or providing information about discounts, new routes and fam trips (where we invite a select number of travel agents to come abroad and see a couple of hotels each day and experience what they’re actually selling). We’ve been lucky to be part of a number of trips, spending time, often in a luxury warm destination, getting to know consultants personally and explain our product.

“If you’re thinking of getting into the industry it’s fantastic: you get to see the world while working and earning money. NJT have a fantastic set up. It’s a fun, eclectic and energetic sector to work in, with lots of events, fam trips, conferences, get togethers. We’re like a family, everyone knows everyone, and we are all ambitious and tenacious!”

The summit also set the stage for our New Year New Start conference with franchisees on 3–4 January – an informative in-person event designed to empower our travel consultants at the start of the busy ‘Peaks’ period when agents typically book four times as many holidays.

Come along and you’ll get to meet

So if you’re wondering if you can launch a business on your own, remember, you don’t have to.

Just look at this amazing team – here to support you from the moment you join us.
