Why we took over 100 consultants on week-long cruise on board MSC’s most sustainable new ship, MSC Euribia

In October 2023, we hosted 130 NJT agents and corporate team members on our pioneering International Mastery Retreat onboard one of the world’s most sustainable ships, MSC Euribia.

The seven-day intensive training trip (13-20 October 2023), set sail from Southampton and visited Hamburg, Rotterdam and Le Havre-Paris. 

Onboard, agents heard from motivational speakers, industry experts, market-leading consultants and had ample opportunity to explore the ship and its destinations first-hand.

In addition, we celebrated the successes of our consultants, from high-flying new recruits who haven’t worked in travel previously but have fast-tracked their business from scratch to enjoy incredible profits, to established members who are hitting millions of pounds worth of sales targets each year.

Earlier this year we also hosted a Seminar at Sea cruise trip for agents onboard one of Virgin Voyages newest ships: Valiant Lady. Since then we’ve become one of their top sellers of cruise, proving that our educational trips really work.
